Foraging Friends New Moon Foraging Prompts
The Farmer’s Almanac says it’s been a slow Spring, with Winter lingering. On May 16th, we’ll experience a Super new moon, close to Earth. It symbolizes fresh starts, new beginnings, and introspection. We’ll set intentions for the season, set foraging goals, clean-up around town follow this theme.
Journaling is a means to track goals and intentions. As the moon waxes to a full moon, review your entries to see how they’ve shown up in nature and your life. This can be beneficial before and after foraging.

During this foraging walk we will discuss the coming season and plants to look forward to from Late Spring through Summer and set intentions that align with the surrounding area.
